Walking a pathless Path: creating the New anew
A pathless Path
Following a pathless path is not a walk in the park… ‘The way of a pioneer is not an easy one’, one of my teachers said, a few years ago. I can confirm, without complaining by the way. It comes with a lot of resistance: in me and around me. The resistance in me has gone, shifted into surrendering, fully. The resistance around me, is still often present. But it doesn’t withhold me from living my Truth and being radically honest: both important elements of this path. Important to voice, as well, so that fellow travellers on this pathless path keep encouraging each other. More and more I hear myself saying that I strongly feel to ‘create the New anew’. Without knowing what that means, it is a feeling: discovering it along the way… The famous quote of Einstein has gotten a whole new meaning for me: ‘You can’t solve problems at the same level of consciousness that created them’. When I first heard that quote, it resonated deeply. I thought it was about all the current outdated systems we try to ‘transform’ from within: business, politics, education… I also felt my own judgement and frustration in it: thinking in ‘them and us’, separating myself from ‘them’. That has shifted too. I don’t judge or separate, but feel a lot of compassion for how we have, collectively, arrived where we are. I do now consciously choose to have a different focus though: trying my best to create the New anew. Just trying my best, as the issues we face, by far outreach our individual comprehension, everything is connected, complex and nobody knows what to do. So I also have that same compassion towards myself: I try my best.
Creating the New Anew
Me too, I have tried to transform our current systems for over 25 years, from within. I feel I am ready to create the New, anew. Aren’t we all? I love this word: anew. The Oxford Dictionary defines it as: ‘in a new or different and typically more positive way’. I don’t want to invest my time and energy anymore in incremental changes of the old… I want to create the New in a new way, fresh, new (really new 🙃), so that our youngsters can flourish in surroundings that value them, nourish them, flourish them, while creating a better world. And this pathless Path provides a real interesting journey for that intention: fully surrendering to the not knowing, following the flow of Life, taking little steps at a time….. Exploring together, discovering together, one step at a time…
This year, I have made a very conscious choice to explore how living ‘anew’, in all aspects of Life, would look like, for me. Less ’stuff’, smaller house, no car anymore, more outdoors, less indoors, no planning months ahead, only going where it resonates, a full 100%. I set an intention per Quarter as guidance for my ‘Life’s agenda’ to be filled, that’s it. Actually I don’t set it, it reveals itself. In the first Quarter of the year it was: ‘Pausing to Presence’. The second Quarter was about ’Nourishing Seeds’ and now I’ve just entered the Quarter of 'Embodying Unified Being'. I guess this helps moving to Collective Authenticity, that I heard Jyoti talk about, the other day. It is so beautiful to surrender to the natural rhythm of Life and just witness the themes emerging with the rhythm of the seasons. And it is amazing what shows up on your Path, living this Way. My heart is really overflowing with Gratitude for all the Abundance I now experience 🙏. Not material abundance, but real abundance, Life’s Abundance.
Time
I don’t know about you, but in all of this ‘New’, I experience Time in quite a new, weird 😉, way as well. Some days seem to be experienced as a second and some as a year or ion. Our memory moving ahead, out of linear space, making us feel awkward sometimes not remembering so much 😉; reminding us we are not meant to be ’storage devices’, inviting us to live in the Now in every moment. In all of this New, we are also connected in new ways, the Now being led by pulses. Not by our lineair thinking, or goal setting. Sharing feels more important than ever: sharing from our Essence, that is. By this sharing, we weave the Universal Threats, without knowing how this all exactly works. Just trusting the New and the Now.
Disconnecting to Connect Anew
At the beginning of this year, I felt a strong pulse to be available, as much as possible, and not be hooked into many commitments. This summer I felt a strong call to withdraw from a lot of things that, by now, I have my tentacles in. I literally saw the image of an octopus with many, many tentacles, that withdraws them all. Interesting.
So now it is time to disconnect even more to reconnect even more to my Self, embarking on new adventures. I have been readied for this upcoming journey for the past three years. I feel it is going to be life changing. I am in awe of all the guidance (both human and from other realms💫) that shows up on your path, when we are open for it.
Following the Flow with all my Heart 💚
So with all my heart, I can’t wait to start our travels and explore what it will all bring. Starting with a family journey in Indonesia, visiting traditional villages, honoring ancient traditions and nature and spending time (now physically again) with dear global family. Ending in Australia visiting sacred sites and sucking in Aboriginal Wisdom with a dear sister. What a bliss! At the end of my travels, I have 3 weeks that are blank at the moment….just because I felt to leave that open…
Why? No clue, just following my intuition.
Then I heard Otto Scharmer speak about the U School for Transformation: Activating and Supporting a Global Movement for Planetary Healing & Civilization Regeneration. That resonated, 100%. Maybe this is about the blank, we’ll see, trusting the Flow of Life.
Is Anew maybe Ancient🌟?
So this whole research of ‘Anew’, in all its forms, is really interesting and ongoing work in progress. Maybe that is also part of anew: that we will never reach a point of knowing the answers. Maybe anew is a permanent process of not knowing, following our hearts, taking one step at a time. Maybe it is about letting go of all the systems we have invented to manage and control our lives on this planet.
This week NASA presented new pictures of the Universe, taken by Webb. In awe, I was 🙏. Here we see the most amazing images of ‘our’ world, billions of years ago. It struck me: because of this new technology, we can access the most ancient wisdom available. It humbles, it awes. It reminds me of the same feeling I have, when I visit original people, wherever in the world: it humbles and awes. It makes us feel small, come back to our true proportion. That is also, what all ancient traditions teach us: they don’t make themselves smaller or bigger, they ARE. Like the stars in our Universe; they are and shine the way they shine: no less, no more.
Maybe we’ve traveled these past 2000 years, to understand or remember, that ancient is the most anew we can grant ourselves and our planet 🙏💚.
